For the purpose of this document reference to “our” ,”us” , “we” will refer to Camo Resin Tech and any of their representatives, and reference to “your”, “you” will refer to the client/customer.
All goods and services provided by Camo Resin Tech will be subject to the customer having read and agreed to, in advance of any transaction, the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Camo Resin Tech requires payment in full, or as agreed otherwise, prior to completing any works, and once payment is made, this is non refundable. All works will be completed within a reasonable timescale, to be agreed upon, which will be dependent upon, amongst other things, the quantity of the order and consideration to any personalisation that takes place. This timescale will be discussed with the client prior to booking. Any conversations/correspondence between us and you will be recorded in line with our GDPR Policy.
All Near Field Communication (NFC) accessories will be programmed and checked by us before sending to you, and once Quality Control has been approved by us, the NFC chip will be “locked” and unable to be re-programmed.
If 3rd party websites or services are used during the manufacturing/programming of your accessories, we have no responsibility to refund or replace the accessory if it fails to work after a change/update/cancellation of services by the provider (i.e. if the provider changes their terms and conditions/or functionality, then we have no power over this and so are not liable.) Any passwords provided by us will be temporary, and it is advised that all customers change their password to 3rd party websites or services (used by us) once their order is complete.
We have no responsibility to monitor/question the information that the customer wants shared on their accessory; it is fully the responsibility of the customer to provide appropriate information which does not breach someone else’s Data Protection. Customers should make themselves aware of the dangers of sharing certain personal information by referring to nationally recognised websites such as:

NFC tags can be read by NFC Receiver/Reader within 4cm. We accept no responsibility for your data being shared via your NFC Accessory, and urge you to ensure that you keep your accessory away from any NFC Reader/Receiver, unless you know/trust the person you are sharing this information with.
Camo Resin Tech will ensure that any resin used is advertised as “Non Toxic” and “Non-Flammable”, however it is advised that none of the accessories are chewed or ingested, and if this was to happen, then the customer should seek medical advice.
These Products are homemade. We will ensure that as much care and attention will be given to each project, so as to minimise the amount of defects and imperfections, however there may be on occasions the presence of micro bubbles or very small flaws to the resin. These will not effect the functionality of the NFC accessory, but unfortunately likely to occur on a small number of products, due to the fact that variables such as temperature and moisture in the air can’t be controlled as they would be able to be in a workshop setting.
